Refund policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final, and J'nette Chanel does not provide refunds. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will you be entitled to a refund for any purchase.

J'nette Chanel is unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Even if you have not yet received your tracking information, your order is being processed, and J'nette is unable to make changes until the item order is out of stock.
